1. DEFINITIONS

"Intellectual Property Rights" refers to all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, and trade secrets, whether registered or unregistered.

"Fees" means the payments required from users to access certain features or services on the platform.

"Personal Data" refers to any data that identifies or relates to an individual, as outlined under applicable privacy laws.

"Subscription Service" means the services provided by Study in Asia for accessing and applying to university programs during the subscription period.

"System" refers to Study in Asia’s platform, software, and associated tools for connecting students to universities.

"Users" include students, agents, or other authorized individuals using the platform.

"User Information" includes all data provided or generated by users during platform use, such as application details, transcripts, and preferences.

2. SERVICES AND ACCESS

2.1 Subscription Services:

• Study in Asia grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for educational purposes. Users are prohibited from sublicensing, sharing, or transferring access to unauthorized individuals.

2.2 Platform Use:

• Users must maintain secure login credentials and are responsible for any activity conducted under their accounts.
• Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and comply with applicable laws when using the platform.
